How long before I receive my teepee?
As long as we have stock, factor in door to door couriering – you’re probably looking at a 5 working days before you receive your teepee.

How do you clean the teepee?
Our teepees are 100% machine washable on a cold gentle cycle. Wash without the poles of course! The poles are made of pine and will just require a wipe with a damp cloth. Do not immerse your poles in water.

Refunds and Returns?
Return our teepees within 7 days from when it was dispatched in the original packaging, unharmed, clean and as new for a full refund.

Are your teepees waterproof?
Our teepees are suitable for outdoor play but are not water proof. They are made from 100% cotton canvas fabric.

Can I design my own teepee?
Unfortunately not, but we have 5 versatile styles to choose from.

Are the teepees washable?
Yes. Machine washable on a cold gentle cycle.

Do you keep stock?
Yes.

To you provide accessories?
If required, we can supply fairy lights, cushions, bunting, mats and soft toys. This can be quoted on a case by case basis. Chat to us about your need and we’ll assist.

Do you hire out your teepees for parties?
Unfortunately not.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer instant EFT payments with the following banks: ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank. We also accept all South African credit cards by Visa/Mastercard with 3D secure enabled as well as offering Mobicred payments.

Where do we ship to?

Deliveries over R750 is free to any location in Kwazulu Natal. Deliveries to any other areas in South Africa will attract a regional surcharge.

Do you have a showroom?

Only an on-line one. The pictures displayed on our website are of our actual teepees. What you see is what you get.

Are the products under warranty?

All products are guaranteed for workmanship and quality.  Please report any flaws or damage within 7 days of receiving the order.

Safety Warning

Take care of your little ones – material is dangerous and could possibly smother  – play WITH your little ones. It’s safer. Our teepees are also not ideal areas for playing roughly.
